Welcome to Amaranth

Amaranth is a project of vegan chef Pieter-Jan Lint and his partner Carmen  Duytschaever. Together they converted an old villa full of character into a warm, cosy and contemporary restaurant. 

Amaranth is the first gastronomic vegan restaurant in Belgium and wants to set the pace for new possibilities within the culinary landscape.

 

FULLY BOOKED UNTIL JULY.

All reservations are closed until the end of June.

You can put your name on the waiting list when you subscribe to be the first to book a table.

 It is possible to subscribe to the waiting list of several dates of your choice.
