Welcome to Amaranth
Amaranth is a project of vegan chef Pieter-Jan Lint and his partner Carmen Duytschaever. Together they converted an old villa full of character into a warm, cosy and contemporary restaurant.
Amaranth is the first gastronomic vegan restaurant in Flanders and wants to set the pace for new possibilities within the culinary landscape.
There are currently still some places available for February, March and April.

A dish prepared with passion, knowledge, respect and the purest of ingredients speaks the story of the heart. It can become an utterance of everything that is spoken in silence.
We plant seeds,
