Amaranth is a project of vegan chef Pieter-Jan Lint and his partner Carmen Duytschaever. Together they converted an old villa full of character into a warm, cosy and contemporary restaurant.

Amaranth is the first gastronomic vegan restaurant in Belgium and wants to set the pace for new possibilities within the culinary landscape.

A dish prepared with passion, knowledge, respect and the purest of ingredients speaks the story of the heart. It can become an utterance of everything that is spoken in silence.
