Welcome to Amaranth
Amaranth is a project of vegan chef Pieter-Jan Lint and his partner Carmen Duytschaever. Together they converted an old villa full of character into a warm, cosy and contemporary restaurant.

Amaranth is the first gastronomic vegan restaurant in Flanders and wants to set the pace for new possibilities within the culinary landscape.
Order your takeaway festive menu from 1 November. Takeaway is available on 24, 25 and 31 December.
Reservations for January, February and March are open. Book your table now and enjoy the seasonal menu.
NEW: From now on, we will also serve a refined lunch on Saturdays!
